ONLINE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS

1. The client is given the opportunity to choose from the offered packages and standard stays listed in the booking table.
2. After reviewing the package details and price, the client can select the desired room booking date and additional conditions or package.
3. After selecting the offer, the client proceeds to the next step – a form where they enter their personal details and any comments regarding the booking.
4. After completing the form, the client can make an advance payment using one of the following methods:
   • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard);
   • Electronic bank transfer via Citadele KLIX system.

4.1. Payment Process

• Upon selecting the payment method, the client is redirected to the Citadele KLIX system, where they can securely complete the transaction.
• Data authorization is carried out using a 128-bit encrypted protocol.
• Once Citadele KLIX confirms the payment, the client automatically receives a confirmation email.
• The confirmation email will include: client details, hotel name, total accommodation price, paid deposit, and the amount to be paid at the hotel.

4.2. Advance Payment Deadline

• If the advance payment is not received within 60 minutes of placing the order, the booking is automatically canceled.
• The remaining balance for the stay must be paid at the hotel.
• The confirmation email must be presented at the hotel reception as proof of the deposit payment and to calculate the remaining balance.

II. PAYMENT AND BOOKING CANCELLATION

1. The client pays the specified deposit via one of the available payment methods, and the remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the hotel.
2. The client incurs no additional costs related to the execution of the booking transaction.
3. If the booking is canceled at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is refunded within 21 days.
4. If the booking is canceled less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
5. If the client booked at a special promotional price with a package, but later changes the booking conditions, the hotel reserves the right to recalculate the total price based on current rates.

III. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. All disputes and disagreements arising from these terms or the provision of services shall be resolved through negotiations.
2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it may be referred to a court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. The place of dispute resolution is the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

IV. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The client must provide accurate information in the booking form. The hotel is not responsible for incorrectly selected arrival or departure dates or other incorrect details provided by the client.
2. Citadele KLIX is responsible for processing payment transactions.
3. The hotel or the online booking service provider is not responsible for system unavailability due to third-party issues or other circumstances beyond their control.

V. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

• By booking a package at the hotel, the client agrees that their personal data will be included in the system.
• Data will be used solely for completing the booking process and for marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

VI. GIFT VOUCHER ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A gift voucher grants the holder the right to use services up to the amount specified on the voucher.
2. Gift vouchers can only be used for Royal SPA services.
3. If the cost of services exceeds the voucher value, the difference can be paid in cash or by credit card.
4. A gift voucher is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and payments made for it are non-refundable.
5. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
6. If the gift voucher is not used within its validity period, it becomes invalid.
7. If services purchased are of lower value than the voucher, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
8. No VAT invoice is issued when paying with a gift voucher.
9. The gift voucher must be used in one visit.
